1. Seller

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustration only.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), including VAT where applicable. Delivery to the United Kingdom is free. Promotional offers (bundles, discounts) are applied automatically in your basket.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment has been made by card, Apple Pay, PayPal or Klarna. A confirmation email is sent to you. Payments are secured by our payment providers.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are set out on our Delivery & returns page: free delivery to the UK within 5 to 10 working days.

6. Right to cancel and returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Belceint extends this period to 60 days, with free return shipping (prepaid label), for unworn items whose strap has not been cut. See our Refund policy.

7. Guarantees

Our products are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as well as our lifetime commercial guarantee on the buckle mechanism.

8. Personal data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.

9. Disputes

If you have a problem, please contact our customer service first at support.belceint@gmail.com. These terms are governed by French law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
