1. Seller
These terms and conditions apply to sales made on www.belceint.com by Belceint, Rue Maurice Utrillo, 95370 Montigny-lès-Cormeilles, France. Email: support.belceint@gmail.com. Full legal information is available in our Legal notice.

2. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustration only.

3. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), including VAT where applicable. Delivery to the United Kingdom is free. Promotional offers (bundles, discounts) are applied automatically in your basket.

4. Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed once payment has been made by card, Apple Pay, PayPal or Klarna. A confirmation email is sent to you. Payments are secured by our payment providers.

5. Delivery
Free delivery to the UK within 5 to 10 working days, with tracking. Details on our Delivery & returns page.

6. Right to cancel
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Belceint extends this period to 60 days for any unworn item in its original condition.

7. Guarantees
Our products are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as well as a lifetime commercial guarantee on the buckle mechanism.

8. Personal data
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.

9. Disputes
If you have a problem, please contact our customer service first at support.belceint@gmail.com. These terms are governed by French law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
