60-day free returns

You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to return any item, for any reason.

Return shipping is free: we send you a prepaid return label.

Items must be returned unworn, in the condition you received them and in their original packaging. Please try the belt on before cutting the strap to size: a strap that has been cut can no longer be returned under this 60-day guarantee. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

You can ask to cancel or change your order at any time until it has shipped.

How to start a return

Email us at support.belceint@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with your prepaid return label and instructions.

Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you have sent it), using your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to show the refund.

Faulty or damaged items

Please check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Lifetime guarantee

If the buckle mechanism ever stops working, we will replace your belt free of charge, whenever you bought it. Cosmetic wear from normal use is not covered.

Your statutory rights (United Kingdom)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Our 60-day free returns guarantee is in addition to this right and to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which it does not limit.
