Thank you for shopping with Belceint. This policy explains how we ship your order to the United Kingdom.

Free UK delivery

Delivery is free on every order to the United Kingdom.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days, then shipped from our partner workshop. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or events beyond our control.

No extra fees on delivery

All our prices include UK VAT. You will not be asked to pay any customs duties, import VAT or handling fees when your parcel arrives. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, please do not pay it and contact us straight away: we will sort it out.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take a few days to update once the parcel is on its way.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.

Lost, damaged or late parcels

If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged or is very late, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order until it has shipped. After that, you can still return it free of charge within 60 days (see our Refund policy).
